Alpha Plus Industrial Group is a London based global brand operating in the food and health sector dealing with baby products, majorly baby formula (manufactured food designed and marketed for feeding to babies and infants under 12 months of age).
The company through its management was set to open a marketing branch locally and set foot in Kenya to expand their market of their products before proceeding to other east and central african counties. To achieve this, the brand needed a brand that would that would communicate and be appealing to the local market.

Direction
We started by a keen study of the industry insights associated with the brand and any constraints, therefore. This gave us in-depth knowledge of what we were expected to do in brand identity. Following the "mother" company brand guidelines, we were able to craft a unique brand appeal that would meet the local market.
The primary choice of colors was to be friendly to both the consumers of the brand. The brand collaterals were to be as detailed as possible to appeal to the key decision-makers of the brand products (mothers and doctors). We designed different packages for different products and maintained brand consistency by a unique combination of colors, font face, and design layout.
